Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance critical master data across the organisation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful insights, identifying trends and providing recommendations that help solve real business challenges.
  • Create, manage, and maintain master data records across key business systems, including SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
  • Champion data quality by proactively identifying issues, driving improvements, and ensuring data remains fit for business use.
  • Develop and continuously improve processes and documentation to support effective master data management.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve data-related challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure data standards, governance, and system processes are aligned with organisational needs.
  • Produce insightful reports and analytics that support operational performance and informed decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain standard reporting solutions that provide clear visibility of business performance.
  • Support the development of data models and databases that enable efficient reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to the implementation of data standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the business.
  • Lead data cleansing and archiving activities, ensuring systems remain efficient and free from outdated or duplicate information.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business requirements and define the data needed to support key objectives.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests, delivering timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of key data sets, including customer, supplier, procurement, catalogue, material, and contract data.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the achievement of business goals.
