Product Owner

Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 3–5 years of experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
• We have experience working with software, data products or digital solutions.
• We have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different teams and regions.
• We have the ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, use cases or journey maps.
• We have experience working with development teams and acting as a bridge between technical and commercial stakeholders.
• We have a commercial mindset, with the ability to define product positioning, value propositions and customer-focused product offerings.
• We have strong analytical skills, with experience using data, KPIs and customer feedback to support product decisions.
• We have confidence working with marketing or communications teams to support customer-facing materials and go-to-market activity.
• Experience in manufacturing, vacuum technology or industrial environments would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• We shape and drive the commercial direction of our EdMonitor, EdPredict and future data-led product offerings.
• We help define the product roadmap.
• We translate customer and business needs into clear requirements.
• We ensure the products we develop are commercially viable, customer-focused and aligned to market needs.
• We work closely with stakeholders across Development, Marketing, Communications, Customer Centres and regional teams to understand customer needs, define product features, support go-to-market activity and monitor product performance.
• We act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring priorities are clear and product development is focused on delivering value for customers and the business.
• We support market analysis.
• We gather voice of customer insights.
• We contribute to marketing materials.
• We help position the products effectively for customers across different regions.
