Product Manager
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements:- We have proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related product development role within education publishing, EdTech, or ELT.
- We have a strong understanding of English language teaching and assessment methodologies.
- We have experience managing both print and digital product development.
- We have excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- We have exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- We have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback to guide decisions.
- We have familiarity with adaptive learning technologies, AI, LMS/VLE platforms, and digital assessment tools.
- We have experience working in Agile or hybrid product development environments.
- We have CELTA/DELTA qualification or equivalent knowledge of ELT pedagogy.
- We have international market experience, particularly in high-growth education regions such as APAC, MEA, and EURAM.
- We have familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies.
- We have experience using frameworks to develop value propositions.
- We are responsible for the planning, development, and lifecycle management of a product or product area within our integrated English language learning and assessment portfolio.
- We deliver the desired customer outcomes for our Schools / Higher Education portfolio across non-digital and digital platforms.
- We understand market needs and define product requirements.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success from conception to delivery in alignment with our business objectives and customer needs.
- We are responsible for the viability of product developments within our product area.
- We execute product strategy for developments in our Schools / Higher Education portfolio.
- We manage product strategy and planning, product development and lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, commercial performance, and innovation and digital transformation.

We are an international educational organisation offering a permanent Product Manager for Schools role within our integrated English language learning and assessment portfolio. The role is based in London with hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days a week in our Stratford office, and may also be based in Edinburgh or Cardiff with up to 1 day per week in the office. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 to £46,000, plus a London allowance of £3,300 for eligible London-based candidates, an attractive pension scheme with employer contributions up to 27%, and 32 days holiday plus bank holidays.
