Product Description Acquisition Specialist

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for our Packaging data compliance process and deliver against newly established KPIs
• Ensure our own exclusive brands (OEB) product description data and assets are acquired, translated and communicated within agreed deadlines across the Kingfisher Group
• Represent product description data in project meetings with category teams, providing updates on current data status against CPA and raising concerns and risks as needed
• Work with vendors to collect data and ensure it is available for all channels within agreed deadlines
• Support the end-to-end product description data collection process, including range team data pre-population
• Support vendor engagement, training and onboarding to PIM
• Ensure vendors achieve agreed collection SLA through PIM and Vendor Portal
• Validate data against data model principles and support range team data validation for accuracy
• Send data to translation and support with queries
• Deliver validated and translated product description data, packaging data and assets in line with the CPA and agreed brief
• Escalate and communicate risks and potential mitigations affecting range change as required
• Become fully competent in the use of PIM and Vendor Portal
• Work closely with the Change Control and PIM Development teams
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and third-party organisations to reach agreed outcomes
