Requirements:

• Expertise in energy or power systems
• Strong background in data analysis
• Ability to develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
• Experience analysing power system operations and market trends
• Ability to gather and document business requirements with cross-functional teams
• Experience conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
• Ability to assess regulatory changes and their impact on operations and compliance
• Technical expertise in evaluating and selecting power system technologies and solutions
• Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
• Willingness to work on site in Wokingham or Warwick 2 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Support business decisions and drive improvement in our clients operations
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into power system performance and business operations
• Analyse power system operations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to power systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of power systems
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and compliance
• Provide technical expertise and support in the evaluation and selection of power system technologies and solutions
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

Our consultancy client is seeking someone with expertise in energy or power systems and strong data analysis skills to support business decisions and improve client operations. The role is based on site in Wokingham or Warwick two days per week and is inside IR35.
