Performance Test Lead

Requirements:

• Extensive experience delivering Performance and Non-Functional Testing within Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in defining and executing testing strategies covering load, stress, volume, resilience, failover, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or Scala, and experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and engage with technical and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the end-to-end Performance and Non-Functional Testing strategy.
• Ensure cloud-based services are scalable, resilient, secure, and release-ready.
• Work closely with Architects, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Embed performance testing into delivery pipelines.
• Provide clear insight into quality, risk, and operational readiness.
• Shape testing strategy and drive quality across a modern cloud-based platform.
