On-Prem IAM Support Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in a production environment
• Strong experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes implemented via MIM
• Solid Active Directory administration experience, including users, groups, and GPOs
• Experience supporting Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and internal PKI environments
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support capability

Responsibilities:

• Administer Active Directory users, groups, and GPOs in a live production environment
• Support Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), including Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes and integrations
• Manage and support our internal PKI using Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
• Ensure smooth identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues across our on-prem systems

This is a hands-on position supporting a core Identity & Access Management function focused on Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, and PKI. The salary is £50,000 to £60,000 plus permanent benefits, and the role is responsible for supporting critical access services, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, and maintaining strong governance across our on-prem environments.
