NetSuite Administrator

Salary: £45,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting or administering NetSuite, or a strong understanding of ERP systems
• Experience in a business support environment such as IT, Finance, Accounts or Business Administration
• An understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets and CRM
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• A willingness to learn and develop technically
• Good communication skills, with the ability to support users across different areas of a business
• An interest in process improvement and systems optimisation

Responsibilities:

• Administer NetSuite users, roles and permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs
• Support platform upgrades, patches and ongoing maintenance
• Provide guidance and training to NetSuite users across the business
• Create and maintain workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports
• Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with data and reporting teams to ensure accurate and reliable information
• Support the use and integration of wider business systems, including Power BI, Power Automate, HubSpot and Microsoft Planner
