Mid-Weight Level Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2-5 years web development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working with Shopify themes and APIs
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Awareness of SEO and performance optimisation best practices
• Experience developing Shopify apps is desirable
• Knowledge of React or modern JavaScript frameworks is desirable
• Experience with Shopify Hydrogen or headless commerce is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Build and customise Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, production-ready storefronts
• Develop and maintain custom Shopify features and components
• Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and services such as payments, shipping, and CRM
• Optimise website performance, speed, and SEO
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing Shopify stores
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects to deadline and specification
