Lead Technical Consultant (Direct Liquid Cooling)

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We rely on you to act as the technical lead for Direct Liquid Cooling opportunities, supporting customers from pre-sales through pilot, test, build and production.
• Youll engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical consultancy and help shape effective solutions.
• Youll support our Sales teams by demonstrating the value of our Integration Centre and Direct Liquid Cooling capabilities.
• Youll work with vendors, including Vertiv and major infrastructure manufacturers, to validate solution compatibility and implementation requirements.
• Youll lead workshops and technical discussions with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Youll translate complex customer requirements into practical configuration guidance and repeatable delivery processes.
• Youll connect customers, vendors, project teams, technical specialists and operational delivery teams.
• Youll help ensure services are successfully onboarded into operational environments and delivered at scale.
• Youll provide technical leadership and third-level support for complex solution challenges.
• Youll capture and communicate emerging technologies, industry developments and best practices across our organisation.
