Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of five developers maintaining and improving our internal software systems
• Work with users across the company to understand business needs and define enhancements
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Contribute to programming tasks
• Oversee system design
• Liaise with key stakeholders including our Heads of Accounts, Global Operations and Support, as well as our Sales Director and Sales Managers
• Support our software strategy by helping drive efficiency and productivity

We are an established software company based in Horsham, West Sussex, and we are looking for a passionate Lead Developer to guide our internal software solutions and the team that develops and maintains them. This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to £80K negotiable. The role reports to our Head of Systems, DB & API and works closely with leaders across Accounts, Global Operations, Support, Sales, and other parts of the business.
