Lead Data and Insight Analyst

Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, typically around 10 years
• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Redshift, Databricks, or similar
• Proven track record of building impactful data visualisations using Power BI or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Build and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to shape data pipelines
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts
• Work closely with senior leaders and business functions to deliver insight-led solutions
• Present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
