Junior Copilot Studio Developer

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar conversational AI platforms
• Experience developing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dataverse
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, standard connectors, or other integration technologies
• Experience working on AI, automation, or low-code projects, either commercially or through substantial personal projects
• Experience communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop automations using the Power Platform
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications
• Help deliver intelligent business solutions for a range of users
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Developers throughout the full development lifecycle
• Gather requirements and design solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation
• Contribute to governance, documentation, and best practice as new AI capabilities are introduced
