IT Technical Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365, along with migrations.
• Relevant, up-to-date IT-related qualifications.
• Experience of configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
• Knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS365 Administration, backup software, firewall configuration, anti-virus, and remote connection software.
• Knowledge of firewall, AV or backup products/technologies.
• Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required).
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Witney OX29.

Responsibilities:

• Provide both reactive and proactive support to a variety of clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by routinely visiting clients on-site to resolve issues, discuss IT strategy, and make recommendations.
• Lead on the workload for allocated customers.
• Take ownership of personal diary to ensure work is delivered based on customers requirements.
• Collaborate with the Consultancy Manager to ensure all work is delivered effectively.
• Support the team with reactive visits and assist the helpdesk team when needed.
• Develop expert knowledge of the full product suite and contracted support offerings.
• Identify contract or project leads and share them with the Consultancy Manager and Sales Director.
• Deliver technical projects for clients, including infrastructure installations, migrations, and cyber security reviews.
