IT Support Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT support related role.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• A full UK driving licence, as travel to store locations is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on IT support, including infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
• Establish and manage an IT Help Desk ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate IT setup and readiness for new store openings, including on-site work and installation of required IT equipment.
• Manage asset tagging, tracking, and the wider IT asset register.
• Identify and mitigate data security risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and reporting.
