Innovation Lead

Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI.

• We need strong stakeholder and project management skills.

• We prefer experience within Facilities Management or Workplace Services.
• It is beneficial to have knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot.
• It is beneficial to have IoT or Smart Buildings experience.
• It is beneficial to have Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum experience.
• It is beneficial to have Prosci, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification.
• It is beneficial to have experience working within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• We will shape and deliver the innovation roadmap.
• We will identify opportunities across AI, automation, IoT, robotics, smart buildings, and digital services.
• We will build business cases and present recommendations to senior leaders and clients.
• We will lead technology pilots from concept through implementation and rollout.
• We will drive operational improvement.
• We will embed new technology into day-to-day operations.
• We will automate and simplify manual processes.
• We will lead change, communication, and user adoption.
• We will manage technology vendors and partners.
• We will use data to demonstrate value.
• We will work with Business Intelligence teams and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• We will translate data into actionable improvements.
• We will measure adoption, performance, and ROI.
• We will partner with our clients.
• We will build trusted relationships with ABM and client stakeholders.
• We will present innovation initiatives and results.
• We will identify new opportunities and demonstrate measurable business value.
