Infrastructure Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• VMware administration
• Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID
• Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Sites & Services
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability concepts
• Networking fundamentals, routing and troubleshooting
• SolarWinds, SNMP or similar monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104 or AZ-700 are desirable
• Microsoft 365 experience, including Exchange Online, Teams and Intune, is desirable
• Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, SSO, MFA and SAML is desirable
• Hyper-V, FortiGate and Mimecast experience is desirable
• ITIL Foundation is desirable
• Cyber Security interest or experience is desirable
• Experience with legal applications such as iManage, Aderant or BigHand is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of our infrastructure services
• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to BAU support
• Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery procedures
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and service improvement initiatives
• Participate in out-of-hours support when required
