Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We need an experienced transformation professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • We need strong workshop facilitation experience.
  • We need Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent expertise.
  • We need a solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
  • We need proven experience creating detailed process maps and process documentation.
  • We need strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and value stream mapping methodologies.
  • We need a strong understanding of Lean methodologies and their application to process optimisation.
  • We need excellent facilitation skills with experience running workshops for diverse stakeholders.
  • We need strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • We need strong project management skills with a track record of managing and delivering optimisation initiatives.
  • We need experience using process modelling tools; Blueworks is preferred, but other tools are acceptable.
Responsibilities:
  • We will help build out Process Optimisation capabilities within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • We will establish a Current Process Map Repository.
  • We will coordinate process and value stream mapping reviews.
  • We will manage the implementation of optimisation initiatives to drive increased efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • We will collaborate closely with IAM teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Governance.
  • We will coordinate with external consultancies, central Business Architecture teams, and other transformation programmes.
  • We will create As-Is and Target State process maps following BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • We will analyse current-state processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • We will organise and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate findings, and co-design target states and improvements.
  • We will apply Lean principles to identify toil, streamline workflows, and enhance value delivered.
  • We will baseline current process metrics to track optimisation progress.
  • We will manage the end-to-end delivery of the optimisation book of work, ensuring interlock with Product, Engineering, Governance, Communications, and Operations teams.
  • We will translate optimisation recommendations into business cases, roadmaps, and backlogs of work.
  • We will develop project plans and report progress against plans in transformation steering committees and with relevant stakeholders.

We are recruiting for an IAM Business Analyst role based in Knutsford, with three days a week in the office. This is a rate-capped contract opportunity paying up to £435 per day on an umbrella basis, initially for four months with a likely extension. We are looking for someone to support transformation work in our Identity and Access Management domain, helping us improve processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
