Requirements:- Strong hardware and desktop support troubleshooting experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows PC configuration and diagnostics
- Experience working with networking equipment, routers, USB devices, and serial peripherals
- Ability to investigate and reproduce technical issues in a lab environment
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills
- A practical, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software integration issues
- Diagnose Windows PC hardware, driver, configuration, and peripheral faults
- Troubleshoot USB devices, serial connections, printers, routers, and network connectivity issues
- Reimage, rebuild, and configure Windows-based systems
- Support lab setup, maintenance, testing, and fault reproduction activities
- Perform basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power and cabling diagnostics
- Create troubleshooting documentation, test procedures, and operational guides
- Define repeatable processes for repair, refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with software engineers, support teams, and third-party suppliers to identify root causes
