GSI Advisory Solution Architect

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience in customer-facing field technical roles such as solutions architect, solutions engineering, technical partner manager, or pre-sales.
• We require a strong understanding of GSI/Advisory business models and enterprise architecture.
• We require a strong understanding of Idira solutions, including PAM, Identity Security, Secrets Management, and IGA technologies and architectures.
• We require deep technical knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• We require excellent communication skills with the ability to interface across business and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience with co-innovation or joint GTM programs with GSI/Advisory partners is highly desirable.
• A business degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• We drive the technical strategy, alignment, and execution of joint initiatives with GSI and Advisory partners.
• We enable partner architects, developers, consultants, and practitioners on the Idira technology stack.
• We deliver workshops, certifications, technical deep dives, demo environments, sandboxes, and virtual labs to support partner readiness.
• We serve as a trusted technical advisor and evangelist for Idira solutions within partner organizations.
• We lead the design and development of joint solutions and reference architectures with partners.
• We partner with GSI/Advisory technical teams to build repeatable offerings, accelerators, and IP.
• We ensure technical feasibility and quality assurance for co-developed solutions.
• We align partner technology roadmaps with Idira product strategy and priorities.
• We influence the product roadmap based on partner and market feedback.
• We recruit partners into Idira Design Partner Programs where available.
• We support joint customer pursuits through solution design, technical presentations, and proof of concept development.
• We work with internal sales engineers and partner client service teams to co-sell and deliver projects.
• We help remove technical blockers during the sales or implementation cycle.
• We identify emerging technologies and innovation areas for joint investment.
• We represent Idira at partner tech forums, industry conferences, and executive briefings.
• We develop white papers, best practices, and solution briefs with partners.
• We define and track key technical success metrics and establish technical governance models with partners.
• We support partners with enhancement requests, escalation of problematic support cases, and training-related requests.
