Full Stack Engineer - Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

• We are seeking proficiency in Java with Spring.
• We are seeking experience with CI/CD, automated testing such as JUnit and Spock, and containers such as Docker.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services, batches, and APIs, contributing to UI components as needed.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and reliability.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Enhance performance, security, and resiliency through best practices and automation, including CI/CD.
• Foster a learning, inclusive team culture aligned to our principles and pillars.
• Work primarily on the backend while contributing to modern web frontends.
• Collaborate closely with product and design partners.
• Contribute meaningfully from day one and own delivery across the product lifecycle.
