Field Service Engineer (Electrical)

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for experience with Siemens and/or Rockwell control systems.
• We are looking for strong PLC skills, with a focus on modifications and complex fault finding.
• We are looking for a background in pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.
• We are looking for the ability to confidently assist clients with technical faults and restore mission-critical systems quickly.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• We will work on a wide variety of industrial automation systems and technologies across multiple vertical markets.
• We will provide field service support for clients in food and beverage, logistics and warehousing, and UK regional infrastructure.
• We will carry out modifications and fault finding on PLC-based control systems.
• We will respond to technical faults and breakdowns to get mission-critical systems back on track.
• We may undertake regionalised travel, with most work being UK-based and home most nights, though occasional stays of 2-3 days may be required for specific breakdowns or installations.
• We will develop our technical skills with a clear pathway into automation projects and software development roles.
