EUC Engineer

Requirements:

• Previous EUC refresh, rollout, or deployment experience
• Strong Windows desktop and laptop support background
• Experience with SCCM or similar imaging and deployment tools
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider project team
• Healthcare or hospital experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Support a large-scale device refresh programme for a healthcare organisation
• Deploy desktop and laptop devices
• Perform device imaging and builds
• Install and configure software
• Provide end-user support and floorwalking
• Carry out hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support
• Manage assets and track devices
• Work closely with project teams to deliver refresh activities with minimal disruption

We are recruiting for 2 EUC Refresh Engineers to join an established team on a long-term device refresh programme supporting frontline healthcare staff in Cambridge. This is an onsite role for 6 months or longer, likely to extend, offering a hands-on opportunity to work directly with end users in a busy, fast-paced environment.
