ERP Change Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced change professional with a strong track record in ERP or enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• You will have delivered change management on at least one full ERP implementation such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, IFS or similar.
• You will have experience managing change across complex, multi-function environments.
• You will have a strong understanding of business process change and operating model impacts.
• You will have experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping.
• You will be confident working with senior leadership teams.
• Experience embedding structured change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is beneficial but not essential.
• You will be influential and credible with senior stakeholders.
• You will be pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
• You will be organised and structured in your approach.
• You will be empathetic but resilient when managing resistance.
• You will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Responsibilities:

• We will look to you to develop and own the end-to-end change management strategy for the ERP programme.
• You will conduct change impact assessments across business functions.
• You will partner with business leaders and process owners to prepare teams for transition.
• You will design stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• You will lead readiness assessments and adoption tracking.
• You will oversee the training strategy in collaboration with functional leads.
• You will identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• You will support leadership in driving behavioural and process change.
• You will ensure change activities are aligned to programme milestones and releases.

We are an established organisation embarking on a major ERP transformation programme and seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the people side of change across the business. This is an 18+ month fixed-term contract with on-site presence required in Sheffield three days a week, alongside hybrid working in South Yorkshire.
