Engineering Excellence Lead - Principal Software Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and C# development.
• Proven ability to improve software engineering processes, mentor engineers, and champion quality engineering practices.
• Experience or interest in AI, prompt engineering, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and code-generation techniques is highly desirable.
