Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the design delivery of mission-critical facilities, specifically within M&E-led industries such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Energy.
  • Strong knowledge of complex mechanical, electrical, life safety, and control systems, alongside a solid command of national and local building codes.
  • Proven ability in directing multidisciplinary design teams and managing key vendor and internal stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • University Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering, with the flexibility to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead third-party design consultants to deliver mission-critical data centre facilities that align with our global specifications.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with our internal construction, finance, sales, and operations teams to execute fit-out programs and validate business pursuit opportunities.
  • Provide engineering oversight by directing budget, schedule, and product delivery to keep assigned infrastructure projects compliant with our quality and safety regulations.
  • Manage project risks by identifying critical engineering risks and opportunities early in the design phase to protect project timelines and delivery standards.
