Dynamics 365 Project Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects.
• Strong project management experience across business systems implementations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience overseeing UAT, deployment, user adoption and post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and delivery methodologies.
• Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Desirable: Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Desirable: Experience with CRM migration and transformation projects.
• Desirable: Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and hypercare.
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Support data migration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful user adoption.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
