Data/BI Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need a driven Data / BI Analyst with strong technical expertise and a natural curiosity for data.
• You should be a self-starter who enjoys getting stuck in and has a real passion for finding solutions.
• Proven commercial experience using Tableau to build dashboards and reports is essential.
• Strong SQL skills are required, including the ability to write and edit SQL queries to manipulate and extract data.
• Experience implementing AI tooling, or a strong interest in AI, would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• We will expect you to take ownership of a cloud-based data infrastructure and reporting ecosystem.
• You will transform fragmented data into trusted, structured systems that support decision-making across the business.
• You will build dashboards and reports that demonstrate real business results.
• You may help explore and implement AI tooling as part of the role.
• You will work from our Manchester City Centre head office 2-3 days a week as part of a hybrid setup.
