Database Administrator

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a SQL Server DBA in a complex enterprise environment
• Expertise in performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, high availability and disaster recovery, and Azure SQL
• Knowledge of SQL scripting, PowerShell, and database administration best practices
• Experience working within ITIL service management environments

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments
• Support database security, access management, patching, backup, and recovery processes
• Deliver database improvements, upgrades, and migration projects
• Support high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management
