Data Quality Controller
Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- High level of attention to detail and analytical ability to process data accurately.

- Customer service driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally and effectively at all levels with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively, prioritise, and work to deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Ability to apply good judgement, show initiative, and learn new systems and tasks quickly.
- Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Excel, formulas such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
- Experience working with legal documentation.
- Previous experience working within a data management environment.
- Knowledge of property management accounting systems such as Yardi Voyager or MRI Horizon.
- Review and interpret leases and other related documents.
- Ensure accurate transfer of lease data into the management database in a timely manner and within service level agreements and KPI targets.
- Review data input from other team members to guarantee dataset integrity.
- Liaise with other operational teams across the business.
- Take full ownership of the data management process.
- Maintain the management database and participate in regular meetings with the management team to review dataset accuracy and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure tenant refund requests are processed in line with our best practice processes and timeframes using the dedicated monitoring system.
