Cyber Security Trainer

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience delivering Digital Infrastructure training or apprenticeships, ideally at Level 3 standard
• A background in networking, systems support, or infrastructure
• TAQA or CAVA qualified, or solid experience in apprenticeship delivery with a willingness to work towards it
• Some experience of supervising, mentoring, or leading other trainers, even informally
• Comfortable working across two sites and managing a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Digital Infrastructure apprenticeship standard to a managed caseload of learners
• Coach and support learners through progress reviews, assessments, and EPA readiness
• Line manage two permanent trainers and support their development, delivery quality, and caseload
• Act as a lead contact for freelance trainers on the Digital Infrastructure programme
• Contribute to quality assurance and standardisation activity
• Work hybrid, spending 1–2 days per week from our Cardiff or Swansea office
