Cryptography Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £135,200 - 141,440 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise with Thales Luna, payShield, or nShield.
• Working knowledge of SNMP, Splunk, SSH, and SSL.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Windows and Linux administration experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of PKI and encryption key management is desirable.
• Industry qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are desirable.
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location.
• Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Build HSM monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Collect and analyze HSM data via SNMP.
• Act as SME for Thales Luna and other HSMs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into design specs.
• Contribute to project documentation and roadmap.
• Flag risks early and propose solutions.
