Copilot Champion

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital transformation, IT enablement, or business process improvement.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Experience delivering training and supporting change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview and DLP policies.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, AI-102, or SC-900 are desirable.
• Experience with prompt engineering and Copilot Studio is desirable.
• A background in sustainability, operations, or data-driven decision-making is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We promote awareness and understanding of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform capabilities across our departments.
• We lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and 1:1 coaching to support effective usage.
• We act as the primary point of contact for Copilot-related queries, feedback, and support.
• We collaborate with business units to identify, prioritise, and implement AI-enhanced workflows.
• We design and deliver automation solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• We monitor usage patterns and continuously refine processes to improve outcomes.
• We ensure AI usage complies with data security, privacy, and governance policies.
• We work with IT and Security to manage permissions, integrations, and updates.
• We document and share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned.
• We track adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and productivity improvements.
• We provide regular reports to leadership on ROI and strategic impact.
• We recommend enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

We are Techbuyer, and this role is based in person. The AI Champion reports to our Head of AI and Automation and works closely with our IT team to drive the adoption, integration, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI tools across the business. We offer on-site parking and private medical insurance, and the salary for this position is £35,000 to £40,000 per year.
