Co-Pilot Studio SME

Salary: £122,200 - 123,278 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Copilot Studio SME for an initial 2-3 month contract.
• We require strong experience designing, developing, and optimising Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
• We need hands-on experience with AI agents and Power Platform integrations.
• We expect experience integrating Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
• We value experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• We need the ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.
• We are looking for someone who can provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance across Copilot and agent technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop and configure custom AI agents and conversational experiences.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
• Build and enhance workflows using Power Automate.
• Support the development of solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance across Copilot and agent technologies.
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal teams.

We are offering an initial 2-3 month contract role based in Chesterfield, working on a hybrid/onsite basis. This is an inside IR35 engagement with an ASAP start and a rate of 470 a day. We are focused on business transformation initiatives and are looking for someone to act as the technical authority for Copilot Studio, helping us identify and deliver opportunities across AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
