Cloud Industry Lead – Life Sciences

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry and/or technical experience, including:
• 2 years of experience in clinical trial analysis, consulting, systems support, customer support, or training for enterprise-class software.
• 2 years of experience with SAS, Java, and/or Python programming to support enterprise-class applications.
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry and clinical trial analysis to support cloud customers.
• Proof of the right to work in the country where the role is posted.
• An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Business savvy, including understanding business operations and organizational drivers of profitable growth, and evaluating plans and processes.
• Customer focus, including prioritizing customer perspectives and delivering service practices that meet customer and organizational needs.
• Strong communication skills, including conveying information clearly, engaging audiences, and listening actively.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical and business information for internal and external audiences.
• Knowledge of software validation, qualification, and acceptance testing practices in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• We provide industry and solution expertise to support implementation of our cloud solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, from contract signature through ongoing operations.
• We conduct requirements gathering, workshops, data discovery, analysis, reporting, and customer presentations or demonstrations to drive platform adoption and expand our cloud footprint.
• We ensure customer environments comply with industry regulations, our standards, and best practices.
• We implement business and industry requirements to improve system stability and monitoring awareness, reduce operational burden, and support a positive customer experience.
• We work across internal and external teams to resolve risks, address obstacles, and ensure applicable security policies and processes are followed in support of secure software development.
