Business Systems & Network Support Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in a commercial, operational or CRM-focused role supporting users, analysing data and improving business processes
• Experience with HubSpot CRM or another CRM platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Experience creating dashboards, with Power BI as a bonus
• Experience training colleagues on systems and processes
• Experience working in transport, logistics or another fast-paced operational environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders
• Practical problem-solving approach
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support others

Responsibilities:

• Support users with HubSpot, our Transport Management System (TMS), FAME and ZoomInfo
• Help franchisees get the most from our systems
• Create reports and dashboards that highlight business performance
• Turn data into practical recommendations
• Deliver engaging onboarding and systems training
• Share best practice across our franchise network
• Support new system launches and process improvements
• Work with Operations, Marketing and IT to improve how we work
