Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Good functional knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management / Operations
  • Experience supporting D365 during implementation and business-as-usual operations
  • Background in business analysis, application support, or systems / ERP delivery
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional outcomes
  • Strong experience with UAT and regression testing
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and understanding of release / application lifecycle management
  • Confidence working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate complex functional and operational issues
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach and ability to own issues through to resolution
  • Knowledge of D365 workflows, security administration, LCS, DMF, integrations, and batch processing would be useful
  • Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, or other ERP platforms would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly across Operations / Supply Chain Management
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify pain points, and drive process improvements
  • Support D365 configuration, workflows, security, user administration, and functional troubleshooting
  • Investigate incidents and system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions
  • Support integrations, batch processes, data interfaces, and data management
  • Plan and support UAT, regression, and validation testing, including test scripts, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Support change, release, and environment management throughout the application lifecycle
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage requirements, changes, defects, and delivery activities
  • Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and deliver training to end users
  • Work closely with implementation partners, software vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support ERP implementations, integrations, and wider business transformation initiatives
  • Support master data and data-quality improvements, alongside reporting and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SQL

We are recruiting a Business Systems & Dynamics 365 Analyst to join an international organisation during an important ERP and business systems transformation. The role offers variety and visibility, with the opportunity to influence how D365 is used across multiple functions, sites, and countries as a major go-live approaches. The position is permanent and full-time, based in London with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least two days onsite per week. Occasional international travel and flexibility for global operations may be required, including agreed support and release activities outside normal working hours when necessary. The salary is circa £70,000 plus package.
