Requirements:
  • Experience working in a Business Analyst role, ideally within Digital Services, ICT or a change environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Strong process mapping and business improvement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across a range of projects.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A professional Business Analysis qualification, or working towards one, is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to help teams shape solutions and achieve shared outcomes.
  • Map and analyse current and future business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support project delivery by defining requirements, shaping acceptance criteria and contributing to testing and implementation activities.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted partner throughout change initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement by promoting best practice and helping embed a culture of innovation and efficiency.

We are seeking a skilled and people-focused Business Analyst to join our ICT, Data and Digital team in Wythenshawe, Manchester on a permanent full-time basis, working 35 hours per week.
