Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Service Designer, or in a similar role translating complex issues into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop concise recommendations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and building collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
• Experience defining and managing business requirements, user needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to connect customer insights to practical outcomes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Curiosity and passion for improving services and delivering better customer outcomes.
• Desirable: experience in service design, user-centred design, or customer journey mapping.
• Desirable: familiarity with the energy sector or other complex stakeholder environments.
• Desirable: background in using customer insights for prioritisation and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex customer insights into clear, actionable business requirements that guide product development.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to build shared understanding and align priorities.
• Collaborate with Service Design and Product teams to analyse customer feedback and develop solutions to pain points.
• Define and maintain business requirements, user needs, and acceptance criteria to support product and service development.
• Assess customer journeys with the Service Design team to identify impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Support the translation of complex needs into simple solutions and engage with external partners where needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in service design and customer-centric delivery practices.
• Work as part of the Service Design team, interacting with product and workstream teams.
• Engage externally with local authorities where specific needs require it.
