Application Development and Support Analyst

Salary: £38,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Development experience using Visual Basic (VB) or similar
• Experience with workflow scripting and automation within a case management or business system
• Experience of screen, document and form creation and maintenance
• Understanding of database management principles
• Ability to create and maintain workflow and technical documentation
• Comfortable working in a role that combines system development and general IT support
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues
• Experience with visual files or similar case management systems is essential
• SQL experience is highly desirable

We are a private sector client based in Taunton, Somerset, offering an office-based role with hybrid working after the probation period. The position offers a salary of up to £40,000 per year, plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension, bonuses, and other benefits.
