AI Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on Generative AI / LLM-based systems.
• Proven experience leading the end-to-end delivery of at least one production-grade Generative AI or LLM solution, from design through to live deployment at scale.
• Background in software engineering with production experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver transformative AI and Generative AI strategies for global clients.
• Lead the design, development, and secure deployment of advanced AI pipelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and data acquisition through model development, evaluation, and production.
• Design and oversee state-of-the-art AI models to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and robust.
• Work with world-leading clients and contribute to building our AI Centre of Excellence.
