AI Copilot Engineer

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Hands-on experience with RAG, tool calling, orchestration and memory patterns
• Strong Azure AI experience, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning
• Experience implementing AI monitoring, observability, telemetry and operational metrics
• Strong Python development and REST API integration experience
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search and prompt engineering
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen
• Understanding of AI security, governance and Responsible AI principles
• Experience with Git-based development and DevOps practices

• Design and deliver production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Help automate complex business processes and establish scalable AI capabilities across an enterprise environment

We are seeking an experienced AI Copilot Engineer to join an enterprise AI programme on a 6-month contract. The role is based in Warwick and follows a hybrid model, with 3 days onsite each week.
