First Line IT Support Technician

Salary: £25,800 - 25,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Take support calls and respond to emails
• Assist users with common IT issues
• Log and manage support tickets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Reset passwords and administer accounts
• Support Microsoft 365 applications
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and printers
• Assist with device setup and configuration
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
• Update support records
• Maintain customer documentation
• Follow service procedures and SLAs
