Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Were looking for proficiency in some of these technologies, with a willingness to learn the others: JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend frameworks, Java/Spring Boot, and SQL.
  • You have some experience with build tools, Git, and continuous integration.
  • You have experience supporting and mentoring team members to share knowledge and build their skills.
  • You have experience with alerting, monitoring, and logging tools.
  • You have experience with a modern IDE and proficiency using refactoring tools.
  • You have experience with test-driven development and mocking libraries.
  • You have real-world experience with Agile practices and execution.
  • You have experience designing and developing for cloud environments, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • You are familiar with AI coding tools and are interested in learning about or have experience with AI-based solutions.
  • Experience with agentic software development is desired.
  • You are aware of industry best practices and standards.
  • You enjoy collaborating with team members, discussing and refining approaches, and learning and growing your skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system for our next-generation products.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback in a fast-moving environment.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that support stability and performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to our delivery processes and working practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
