Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics Architect role
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications
• Other Microsoft certifications
• Cloud solution certifications
• TOGAF certification or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in a Solution Architect role
• At least 7 years of experience with Dynamics CRM configuration and customisation
• At least 7 years of experience across Dynamics CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, and Portal
• Solution design and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with configuration, customisation, testing, and debugging
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• English as a primary language
• Experience in global delivery environments and working with remote teams
• Experience in the education sector and with DevOps

Responsibilities:

• Act as the design authority and promote the Dynamics CRM solution across the organisation
• Work with key stakeholders to develop and enhance the Dynamics solution
• Govern the design, architecture, and implementation of the global platform
• Lead the conceptualisation, design, and delivery of solutions across the Dynamics landscape, including CRM, Marketing, Portal, and integrations
• Apply in-depth Microsoft Dynamics knowledge to solve technical design challenges across more than 30 sites
• Prepare high- and low-level business and technical architecture documents and obtain approval for proposed solutions
• Connect the business, Product Owner, and technical teams to ensure solutions are embedded effectively
• Ensure best practices are applied in line with Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration and customisations
• Use JScript, C#, PowerApps, and Microsoft technologies to enhance the solution and develop proof-of-concept demonstrations
• Investigate and propose new technologies or changes to existing architecture that benefit admissions user communities
• Keep knowledge of Dynamics and supporting technologies current with platform changes
• Identify product risks and mitigate or communicate them as needed
• Organise and lead discovery workshops, discussions, and value-based use-case demonstrations for requirements and proposed solutions
• Provide technical design support to the Global Applications team to develop or revise support processes and practices
