Salesforce Developer (Experience/Service Cloud)
Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles and profiles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
- Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
- Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and our Contact Centre platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation plans.
- Carry out unit, integration and performance testing, and investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex and integrations.

We are a leading Housing Association providing some of the most affordable homes in London and the South East, alongside a wide range of support for the community. We are recruiting a Salesforce Developer (Experience/Service Cloud) to support our growth and help improve service delivery. The role is based in South East London, with two days a week onsite and the remainder remote. The salary is £60,000–£66,000, with a competitive pension and other excellent benefits.
