Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support in a finance or insurance background
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune technologies
• Experience delivering IT and cyber security projects
• Extensive customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Certified - Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Cybersecurity Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified - Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Security Operations Analyst Associate
• ITIL Foundation or CISSP desirable
