ERP System Analyst Hybrid Role - Blackburn

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• We require a minimum of 3 years experience in an ERP systems role.
• Advanced SQL query writing is essential.
• SAP Business One experience is preferred but not essential.
• Business Process Automation (BPA) experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• We ensure the reliable performance of our SAP Business One ERP system.
• We troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related hardware, software, user access, and other issues.
• We participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks, and integrations.
• We monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• We coordinate new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with third-party support teams and users.
• We recommend new features or changes to configuration and workflows based on user feedback.
• We produce SQL reports.
• We ensure audit systems and controls are in place and provide audit evidence to external auditors.
• We create and maintain SAP Business One system accounts and permissions.
• We educate users on system functionality and promote a better understanding of the application suite.
• We develop solutions for business problems using SAP Business One and Business Process Automation (BPA).
• We create and maintain SQL reports.
• We serve as a liaison between business partners and third-party support to develop and gather business requirements.
• We maintain close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements.
• We provide raw data to various areas for analytics.
• We manage and execute continuous improvement projects.
• We maintain data integrity and cleanliness across all databases.
• We ensure appropriate systems and controls are in place for audit purposes and provide audit evidence to external auditors.

We are recruiting for an ERP System Analyst in our IT department, reporting to the ERP System Manager. The salary is £45k-£55k. This role is based at our head office in Blackburn, with two days a week expected on site, and candidates must be within an hours commute.
