Senior IT Support Technician

Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Azure administration experience
• High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration
• Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge
• Experience working within an IT support environment, with MSP experience preferred
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills
• Confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Experience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate, or wider networking knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of more complex first, second, and third line issues
• Act as an escalation point for the wider team
• Lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects
• Support customers and help resolve technical challenges
