Data Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong SQL and BI experience
• Experience working with stakeholders
• Experience with Omni would be useful
• Experience with Looker would be useful
• Experience with e-commerce data would be useful
• Experience with marketing data would be useful

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the data and reporting function
• Build dashboards and reporting in Omni using SQL to analyse sales, customer and marketing data
• Develop commercial reporting across ROAS, CPA, acquisition, sales and customer behaviour
• Improve existing data processes and automate manual reporting
• Help build better ways of working
• Work with the Senior Data Engineer to improve data quality and create trusted datasets
• Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales and Operations to turn data into insight and support commercial decisions

We are a growing e-commerce business based in Gateshead, working in a hybrid setup. We have data across sales, customers, marketing and operations, and we are looking for someone to take ownership of our data function, improve our existing setup and build the processes needed as we continue to grow. You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales and Operations, as well as our Senior Data Engineer, giving you exposure across the wider business. This role offers real ownership and the chance to shape processes, improve reporting and have a meaningful impact on how we use data.
